The Elihu M Harris Building is a secure government building. Upon entry, there is a routine security check for all visitors. Please plan to arrive early.

While there is limited parking near the building for as little as $10, most parking will be closer to $25 each day. Participants may choose to park outside the city and take BART (metro). The 12th Street BART Station in Oakland is about 3 blocks from the training site.

Each day, a light continental breakfast will be available first thing in the morning and refreshments will be available at morning and afternoon breaks.

Attendees are free to make their own arrangements for the lunch breaks. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate neighborhood of the training site.
